Pau Masclans explores diverse sources and encounters. Uncovering conceptual findings and marking the scenes that he produces with a dissidence. His narratives, materialized between juxtapositions and appropriations, palpitate under a mass of formal ruins. He builds a sensible scenario throughout the spaces, activating what is underlayer or departs from unpredictable relations.

Pau Masclans currently lives and works in Barcelona. He was awarded a grant for mobility from the Fundació R. Amigó Cuyàs while studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Universitat de Barcelona. His recent exhibitions have been held in Barcelona and Milan, where he has been artist in residence and scholar at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera.
